How to Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your LingoBlend account and all associated data directly within the app by following these steps:
- Open the LingoBlend app
- Go to the Account tab (bottom-right)
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
- Re-authenticate with your password (or Apple/Google sign-in) to verify your identity
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:
- Your account profile (name, email, username, language preferences)
- All saved dictionary words, custom translations, and custom phrases
- Word lists and imported collections
- Blended texts and reading progress
- Game sessions, practice history, and streak data
- Story reading progress
- Notification preferences and push tokens
- Daily progress records
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your data cannot be recovered once deleted.
- All data is removed from our servers within 30 days of the deletion request.
- On-device caches are cleared immediately upon deletion.

If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@lingoblend.app from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
